RETURN POLICY
- Customers can return their order within 07 days of delivery.
- All returns must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.
- The product amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after quality check is done.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- If you wish to self-ship, please pack the items securely and use a reliable courier. Email the shipping details with Order ID to support@shreekurti.shop.
- For replacement, follow the return process and use the store credit or discount coupon issued in your Shree Kurti account to place a new order.
- Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on location.
- We are not responsible for return shipping charges in cases such as dislike, wrong model, or incorrect size ordered. A reverse pickup can be arranged with a fee of Rs. 100.
- For manufacturing defects, customers must share an image/video for verification before return/replacement.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
REFUND POLICY
What are the terms and conditions for a refund?
- You may request a refund or free replacement within 30 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.
- If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
- If you placed your order as a guest, you must register with the same email to access your account.

How long does the refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Where should I return my product?
Return the product to the address mentioned on the package. Courier charges will be reimbursed only for verified manufacturing defects. We recommend using Speed Post for returns.
If the item value exceeds Rs. 5000, use a trackable courier service or purchase shipping insurance for safety.
I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take time to post the refund.

RETURNS
Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers), newspapers, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Health and personal care products
Partial refunds may apply if:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to customer error.
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer or bank — refunds may take time to reflect.

GIFTS
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you directly, you will receive store credit upon return.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or shipped to the buyer first, the refund will go to the original buyer.
IMPORTANT NOTE
We never ask for your Credit/Debit card numbers or OTPs for processing refunds. Please do not share these details with anyone, including Shree Kurti representatives.
