What is the delivery time period?

Orders within India are typically delivered within 4–8 working days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the accessibility of the delivery address.

Do you apply any shipping charges?

Shree Kurti offers Free Shipping on all orders — including Cash on Delivery (COD).
There are no hidden fees or surprises. Just seamless, no-cost delivery across India!

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp along with a tracking link provided by our shipping partner, Shiprocket. You can use this link to monitor your shipment status in real-time.

We process and dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

How do I know if my package has been shipped?

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order is packed and handed over to the delivery partner, you will receive another email or WhatsApp message with complete shipping and tracking information.

Please note that this confirmation does not always mean the carrier has picked it up yet. Use the tracking link provided to check its current status.

Allow 24–48 hours from the time of order for your tracking details to update.

Tracking shows 'Delivered' but I haven't received my package?

We understand how important your order is! If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please do the following:

  • Check with neighbors, family members, or building staff.
  • Look around common drop-off points or your apartment/office lobby.
  • Confirm that someone else didn’t collect it on your behalf.
